Hank is the managing partner at Inner Banks Media. His main concentration is working with and managing key advertising accounts for the company as well as training and helping members of the sales staff to be successful.
Hank attended Greenville's JH Rose High and went on to college at East Carolina University for two years before transferring to UNC Chapel to major in Journalism and Mass Communication. After graduating from UNC in 2000, Hank began his media sales career at WRAL-FM/Capitol Broadcasting in Raleigh. In 2002, Hank returned home to Greenville NC where he and his father Henry operated a video production business and local TV channel. In 2004, Hinton Media Group leased WNCT-AM from Beasley Broadcasting.
In 2007, Hank and Henry partnered with Raleigh media operator Don Curtis to form Inner Banks Media. From 2007-2017, Inner Banks Media operated 4 eastern NC radio stations. Then in March of 2017, the company added a fifth station with WNCT-FM. Now a five station cluster, Inner Banks Media radio stations cover Greenville, Goldsboro, Wilson, Rocky Mount, New Bern, Morehead City, Jacksonville and surrounding areas. Hank manages the advertising sales effort and works with businesses in all of these cities and towns in eastern NC.
Hank is married with two children. His wife Meredith is an attorney at the Ricci Law Firm in Greenville. Hank and Meredith have two boys - Holt and Hunter. Hank enjoys the media business, competing in golf and tennis, watching his kids play baseball, going to the beach and working in the ever changing world of advertising.
